• You request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
• The item is unused and in it's original condition.

• Your order was placed with a Gift voucher.
• Any items purchased during a sale are final, unless the item is faulty.
• Items purchased using a discount/promo code are only eligible for a store credit, unless the item is faulty.

• You request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The item is unused and in it's original condition.
• The item was bought at full price.

• Your order was placed with a Gift voucher.
• The item is not returned in it's original packaging and state.
  
  All return items will be inspected and checked once received and it remains at the discretion of Pieces Of Them as to whether the item is eligible for a refund or exchange based on the conditions above. Shipping costs are not refundable for change of mind returns. 

OPTION 1:

1. Lodge your return enquiry by contacting us via email at piecesofthem@gmail.com, including your reason for refund and your order details.

2. Take the package to your local post office in its original packaging and return to sender.

3. Once we have received your return please allow up to five days to receive your refund after we have inspected and approved your returned item/s.

OPTION 2:
1. Log in to your customer account with a one time code here.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click "Submit request".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you do receive a faulty item, we will do our best to make sure that you get the best possible outcome. 

If you have received an item which you believe to be faulty or damaged please contact us immediately at piecesofthem@gmail.com and include 2-3 clear images of the item and your order details. We will be in touch with you for the next steps.
