FAQ'S

How do I find my ring size?

Follow our guide here on how to find the right ring size for you.

Do you do custom pieces?

YES OF COURSE we do custom designs. Send us a message with your design ideas and we will work with you to create the perfect piece.

Where are your pieces made?

Our pieces are designed from scratch by Nat & Lilly in Perth, Western Australia.

Our pieces are then handcrafted individually in Indonesia where Nat & Lilly, the Founders, work in-person regularly to bring every special piece to life. We are proud to provide support for the exceptionally talented craftsman from Indonesia.

What is your jewellery made from?

Sterling Silver:

Crafted from premium solid sterling silver (925), each of our pieces are marked with "925," signifying a minimum of 92.5% pure silver. Since pure silver is naturally soft and malleable, making it susceptible to breakage, the remaining 7.5% is composed of alloy (copper). This blend enhances durability, ensuring our jewellery withstands daily wear while maintaining exceptional quality.

14k Gold Vermeil:

Vermeil, (pronounced ver- may) is the highest quality method of gold plating, not to be mistaken with standard gold plating however. Made from a thick layer of gold (at least 2.5 microns) on sterling silver. We use 14k gold vermeil as well as a non-tarnish and ceramic coating on top of this. While designed to the highest standards, they are not as durable as solid gold and are more prone to scratches and tarnishing over time. To maintain their quality, gold vermeil jewellery is best suited for occasional wear rather than everyday use.

Can I wear my jewellery in the water?

Our handcrafted pieces are made from sterling silver and 14k gold vermeil, so it will never turn your skin green.

To ensure your jewellery lasts we suggest:

- Although water friendly, avoid contact with swimming pools, spas and saunas.
- Avoid contact with moisturisers, detergents, soaps, perfumes, make up etc. as this can damage the metals.
- Sterling Silver can oxidise with wear & exposure. Simply remove with the sterling silver cloth we provide you in your order. Only use this cloth, do not clean with anything else.
- After wearing your jewellery in the ocean, rinse with fresh water and pat dry.
- Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
- As delicate jewellery can break, we recommend taking your jewellery off during any exercise or vigorous activities.
