Ensuring high quality jewellery

We work hard to ensure that our jewellery is the highest quality it can be. All of our jewellery is quality checked by our manufacturer, the by us before we pack your order. Each piece is hand crafted, so there will always be different etches, scratches and dents which means that no two pieces will ever be identical. From time to time however, there may be a rare fault, perfection is impossible!   

All jewellery purchased from our online store comes with a 12 month warranty for our solid sterling silver pieces and 6 month warranty for our 14k gold vermeil pieces, from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing faults and defects. This does not cover accidental breakage or general wear and tear such as faded, scratched or oxidised jewellery. 

To ensure that you are taking the best care of your jewellery, please read our jewellery care guide here. Jewellery must be worn following our care instructions or the warranty is void. 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Please contact us at piecesofthem@gmail.com and include your full name and order number. Please also include a description and photo of the faulty jewellery. Faulty items are only eligible for a replacement of the same item, not an exchange or refund.
