Australia Post Tracking

International Shipping (Duties & Taxes)
All international orders are shipped with Australia Post. Please note you need to check your local tax rates, particularly the UK and EU as these can be high and are payable prior to delivery. If this fee is not paid, the order will be returned to us at the customers expense. Any custom charges paid to receive your order are not refundable upon return.

Return Policy:
Full price items in their original packaging and unworn condition can be returned for either an exchange or refund within 14 days of being delivered. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept refunds, exchanges or returns on any earrings.

Custom pieces or items with custom engraving are a FINAL SALE item and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Cost:
The cost of shipping to return your order is non- refundable and the cost of shipping on your original order is non- refundable.

Return Processing:
Once we have received and approved your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 48hrs. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to process the funds back into your account.

We are confident that our jewellery will last, so confident that we offer a 12 month warranty on all of our solid sterling silver pieces and 6 month warranty on our 14k gold vermeil pieces. Please read more on our warranty policy here.
